A Wealth of Experience
As your financial advisor, I believe it is important to understand who you are, what’s important to you and the goals you are trying to achieve before investing your money. I will work closely with you and your CPA, attorney and any other professionals to help determine the most appropriate financial strategy for you and your family.
In 2001, I began my career as a Financial Advisor and later joined Baird in 2015 as a Senior Vice President and became a Shareholder of Baird in 2016. I was promoted to Director in 2020. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1992. I earned the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®) designation in 2004. The AAMS® designation means that I have completed advanced studies in financial, retirement and estate planning. I also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the board’s requirements for professionalism in financial services. To gain certification, as financial advisor must pass the CFP® Certification Examination and the CFP® Board’s Fitness Standards for Candidates and Registrants, agree to abide by the CFP® Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and comply with the Financial Planning Practice Standards.
Committed to Giving Back
My wife, Brenda, and I have two daughters, Hannah and Greta. I currently serve as a Trustee for the Eau Claire Community Foundation and am an active member of Peace Lutheran Church. I previously served as the City Council President for the Altoona City Council.
